This is a pretty cobalt blue hat fascinator with flower detail feathers and quill. This fascinator has a clip fitting aswell as a hairband, the clip slides out of the fascinator and you can then slide in the hairband instead creating such a versatile hair accessory. Alternately you could wear it with the clip and the hairband. It can be worn on either side of the head. You could just use the clip if you wished. The oval hat measures 23.5cm x 17.5cm, the quill and some of the sinamay petals will reach beyond these points

The item was delivered promptly and as described - except that it was on a clip, not a hairband. I did wear it and with hairspray on my back combed hair, it stayed in place.

Hi, this fascinator comes with a clip and a hairband, the hairband slips out and you push the hairband through the space instead. But I'm glad that you were still happy with the fascinator and I'm sure you looked amazing.
