PrettyCool is pleased to accept orders subject to the Terms and Conditions of sale as stated below.

Your use of the PrettyCool website (www.prettycool.co.uk) and purchase of the products (or services) (“products”) therein means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“terms”). No variation of these conditions shall be binding unless agreed by letter signed by an authorised representative of PrettyCool. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order with us.

We are required by law to inform you that sales can only be concluded in English. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees irrevocably to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of PrettyCool for death or personal injury caused by the PrettyCool's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. We would advise you to retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Your Statutory Rights

All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms and conditions of trading are additional to, and do not affect, your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice given to you.

Shopping with PrettyCool

  • Prices are exclusive of shipping, unless otherwise indicated. 
  • We always try to make sure that the prices on prettycool.co.uk are accurate, but occasionally errors or price changes may occur. We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs, including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.
  • Every order placed on our website is, to the best part of our knowledge, 100% safe and secure.
  • Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you, if the order has not been dispatched. Please call or email us, as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a cancelled item has not been dispatched.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via PayPal balances.
  • You DO NOT need a PayPal account to shop with us. PayPal are merely a safe and secure payment provider we use to process our transactions.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the goods are returned within 14 days after your purchase. The postage will be not refunded. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any items ordered and wish to return them to us for an exchange or full refund you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order using the secure form on our contact page.
  • All items will need to be returned and received by us within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • We will issue a full refund for items returned to us, less postage and packing costs relevant to your order and any discounts received under the multiple purchase discount or any other discount will be recalculated on return of the items.
  • Refunds will only be made if the item returned has the labels still attached and in the condition in which they are received by yourself. If the labels are not attached a refund will not be made and should you wish to be returned to you the postage will need to be paid again.  Equally if items arrive damaged because they have not been returned in original box a refund will not be applied.
  • We will refund you by credit card or cheque within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
  • If any items are faulty we will of course refund you for the items and all postage costs incurred.
  • Please make sure that you have enclosed either a copy of your order, or your name with order number inside the parcel.
  • For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any earrings or body jewellery, or obvious wear of fascinators. All returned goods should have the original labels attached for a refund.
  • All returns are the responsibility of you, the sender. We recommend using a recorded service when sending anything to us. We will not be held responsible for any returns not received by ourselves.

Defective Merchandise

If you find the merchandise to be defective, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact PrettyCool within 7 days, if you find that your merchandise is defective. You must return defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking and provide us with the tracking number. You must purchase insurance from the courier. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the order, plus the insurance, if the item is shipped from UK mainland.

Caring For Your Jewellery & Fascinators

It is not recommended to wear either our fashion jewellery or our fascinators in the rain, the colours may run.  Fashion jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from sunlight as should our fascinators, colours will fade and tarnish if items are left in sunlight.  

Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you, if the order has not been dispatched. Please call or email us, as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a cancelled item has not been dispatched.
  • If an item or order has been dispatched you will be responsible for paying the return costs for returning the merchandise to us.
  • When returning a cancelled order you must return via a courier that provides tracking and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier, so you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.
  • For items cancelled after dispatch your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders, that have been shipped, must be returned unopened.


The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. PrettyCool will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Interpretation and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions only cover the PrettyCool website (www.prettycool.co.uk). Any other websites which we link to from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for websites that are not under our control.
