A pretty purple crinoline flower with feathers hairband fascinator. The hairband is a thin black fabric covered hairband which measures 4mm wide. The actual fascinator measures 15cm in diameter and 6cm in height. The feathers may reach beyond these points. When the fascinator is worn the crinoline flower will sit slightly to the side of the head in a pretty angle. A very pretty well priced fascinator, ideal for a wedding or other special occasion.
