Blackand Purple Crinoline Veil Clip Fascinator

A great value large purple and black crinoline veil fascinator.  The fascinator has a small felt hat with two clips to really achieve a firm hold.  The feathers  are purple with two different textures.  The fascinator measures 31cm x 24cm approximately and the fascinator is designed to sit slightly forward on the head covering the the face partially.
