A pretty and low budget pastel blue fascinator with fabirc petals in blue with some petals in a see through blue with white glittery speckles. The centre of the flower has smaller fabric petals with blue feathers in the centre and around the outside. This fascinator is fitted to a thin blue satin covered hairband which measures 9mm in width. The flower measures approximately 16cm in diameter and 10cm in height. These are packed in a box with tissue paper to stop them getting squashed and not in a flat large letter box as lots of other companies do./span>
