United Kingdom

Orders Under £10.00 you can choose £1.99 Standard 1st Class Post (Delivery 1 - 2 Days, No Guarantees - It may be longer)

Orders £10.00 - £20.00 - Postage £3.49 This is 1st Class Signed For Mail (Delivery 1-2  Days No Guarantees - It may be longer)

Next Day Delivery (Orders Placed by 1100am)  - £6.49 Orders (Next Day) (Next Day is only for working days, when next day is requested on a Friday we guarantee delivery for Monday  in some cases it will be delivered on Saturday but we do not guarantee this) Over £20.00 - Receive Free 1st Class Signed for Mail (Delivery 1-2 Days No Guarantees - It may be longer)

Orders Over £50  - Receive Free Next Day Delivery (Next Day)

Free Postage on orders over £20.00 - 1st Class Recorded Mail.
Orders over £20.00 will automatically receive free postage. This will be sent via 1st Class Recorded Mail.

Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 - Either Courier or Royal Mail Next Day. Orders over £50 in the UK Mainland will automatically receive free next day delivery. These orders will need to be placed by 11:00am. Any orders placed after this time will then not be dispatched until the next working day.  When next day delivery is requested on a Friday it is not guaranteed to be delivered on a Saturday, in some cases it will be delivered on Saturday, if not it will be delivered on the Monday.

If you have an order which is £5 or under you can choose standard delivery of £1.99. This is only for these low value orders, these are not tracked and will be sent 1st Class. All orders from £10.01 to £19.99 wil be sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded and charged at £3.49.

Europe

For orders to the remainder of Europe unfortunately we cannot give you free postage and you will need to change the delivery option to Europe which will add £8.00 to your order. Your order will be dispatched either the same day or the next working day. If an item is out of stock (which is unusual) an email will be sent to inform you. We hold stock of all our items, and if an item is out of stock it will be clearly stated on the item page.
All of our jewellery is sent in organza bags unless reduced in a sale or clearance.

International

For orders outside of Europe, ie. United States, Australia, etc. unfortunately we cannot give you free postage and you will need to change the delivery option to International which will add £10.00 to your order. Your order will be dispatched either the same day or the next working day and will be tracked.
If an item is out of stock (which is unusual) an email will be sent to inform you. We hold stock of all our items, and if an item is out of stock it will be clearly stated on the item page. All of our jewellery is sent in organza bags.

Returns

Should you not be happy with any of the items ordered and wish to return them you must inform us within 7 days by email.  The goods will need to be returned and received by us within 14 days of the purchase.  We will refund you in full for your order less postage and packing costs relevant to your order. We will refund you by credit card or cheque within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.  If the goods are faulty we will of course refund you for the item and all postage costs.  Please make sure that you have enclosed either a copy of your order, or your name with order number inside the parcel.
