Delivery Details & Returns Information
PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM 30 JULY UNTIL 16 AUGUST WE WILL BE HAVING A MAJOR STOCK TAKE AND ALL ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED FOR SEVERAL DAYS DURING THIS PERIOD. WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS A POSTAL OPTION. IF YOU HAVE SPENT OVER £40 AND QUALIFY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED IT WILL BE SENT BY SPECIAL DELIVERY, ROYAL MAIL BUT WILL NOT BE SENT OUT THE DAY YOU HAVE ORDERED. RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER 16TH. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
United Kingdom
Free Postage on orders over £18 - 1st Class Recorded Mail.
Orders over £18 will automatically receive free postage. This will be sent via 1st Class Recorded Mail.
Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £40 - Either Courier or Royal Mail Next Day.
Orders over £40 in the UK Mainland will automatically receive free next day delivery. Wherever possible this will be by independent courier company but could be Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. This is because not all couriers cover all areas. eg. Scottish Highlands.
These orders will need to be placed by 12:00pm. Any orders placed after this time will then not be dispatched until the next working day.
You can choose Next Day Delivery by Courier which is fully trackable if you are in the UK mainland (this does not include the Scottish Highlands) and this will be £5.50. Again, these orders will need to be placed by 11:00am for us to be able to send next day or they will be dispatched the next working day.
If you have an order which is £5 or under you can choose standard delivery of £1.75. This is only for these low value orders, these are not tracked and will be sent 1st Class. All orders from £5.01 to £17.99 wil be sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded and charged at £2.99.
Europe
For orders to the remainder of Europe unfortunately we cannot give you free postage and you will need to change the delivery option to Europe which will add £4.00 to your order. Your order will be dispatched either the same day or the next working day. If an item is out of stock (which is unusual) an email will be sent to inform you. We hold stock of all our items, and if an item is out of stock it will be clearly stated on the item page.
All of our jewellery is sent in organza bags.
International
For orders outside of Europe, ie. United States, Australia, etc. unfortunately we cannot give you free postage and you will need to change the delivery option to International which will add £10.00 to your order. Your order will be dispatched either the same day or the next working day and will be tracked.
If an item is out of stock (which is unusual) an email will be sent to inform you. We hold stock of all our items, and if an item is out of stock it will be clearly stated on the item page. All of our jewellery is sent in organza bags.
Returns
Should you not be happy with any of the items ordered and wish to return them you must inform us within 7 days by email.
We will refund you in full for your order less postage and packing costs relevant to your order. We will refund you by credit card or cheque within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 28 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the delivery costs. Where the original order has qualified for free postage and packing, and part of the order is being returned so that the total order amount is reduced to less than the free postage threshold, a refund will be given less the small order £2.99 or £1.75 postage charge.
Earrings and body jewellery can only be refunded if faulty, earrings otherwise cannot be refunded for obvious hygiene reasons.
The items must be returned in their original condition and organza bag or packaging. We strongly recommend that you return your items by Recorded Mail (Signed For) to ensure security of the items. We also urge you to have your name and order number within your parcel somewhere or on the back of the parcel so that we know who to refund. We are a relatively small company but we do have quite a lot of orders and may not know who the parcel is from.
