When will I receive my order?

Please note - No orders will be despatched after 11.00am on Wednesday 27th July until Monday 1st August

We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. This is usually on the same day of purchase or the next working day.They are always posted by 1st class mail and therefore you should receive it the day after posting but of course this is dependent on Royal Mail.  

Sorry no next day delivery until Monday 1st August

If you require Next Day Delivery your order will need to be placed by 11.00am to be guaranteed to be dispatched that day, any orders after this time may still be dispatched on the day but we can not guarantee this. 

How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund for the order less postage and packaging costs.  You will need to put your name inside the parcel and we advise that you send it by signed for delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

How do I care for my Jewellery

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also want you to remain happy with it for years to come, so below are some helpful tips to follow and make sure your jewellery is well looked after for the forseeable future.

Is the Jewellery gift wrapped

All of our jewellery is sent in organza bags unless reduced in a sale or clearance.

• Do not spray perfume or hair spray on product.

• The product should not be in contact with water or moisture.

• Always store in polybags after use if possible.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• The product is delcate to extremes of temperature change.

• As with delicate accessories please adapt a sensible attitude to your jewellery.

• The product must not be put under any undue stress.

• It is to be worn with pride.

• Fashion Jewellery is a delicate item of art and requires to be handled with great care.
