When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. This is usually on the same day of purchase or the next working day.They are always posted by 1st class mail and therefore you should receive it the day after posting but of course this is dependent on Royal Mail.  

If you require Next Day Delivery your order will need to be placed by 1100am to be guaranteed to be dispatched that day, any orders after this time may still be dispatched on the day but we can not guarantee this. 

How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund for the order less postage and packaging costs.  You will need to put your name inside the parcel and we advise that you send it by signed for delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
